TERMS/CONDITIONS:

"The Buyer agrees to pay for the puppy and any associated shipping costs. You agree that the puppy will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. You agree to care for the puppy in a humane manner and to be a responsible guardian. This includes providing adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. You understand and agree that the current Breeder provides guarantees about the puppy’s temperament but is not responsible for any future damages or injuries caused by the puppy. You grant the Breeder permission to contact your home at any reasonable time to ensure that the puppy is being properly cared for and treated. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is of sound health and will provide the necessary registration paperwork, making the puppy eligible for registration with the Buyer’s local canine association. The Seller also guarantees the puppy has a good temperament at the time of this sale. A health record detailing all vaccinations and treatments will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery for a physical examination. If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a health issue directly caused by the Seller, the puppy may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, with a signed veterinary diagnosis. The Seller agrees to cover the cost of returning the puppy in such cases. If at any time the Buyer is unable to retain possession of the puppy, the Seller must be notified and given the first option to resume full ownership, so the Seller can find a new home for the puppy. The Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, with a full refund if they are unable to bond with the puppy or if any unforeseen difficulties arise. In such cases, the puppy must be returned with all relevant paperwork and medical records. Should any circumstances arise that affect the puppy’s quality of life, the Breeder/Seller must be informed to assist in determining the puppy’s future. The Breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of ownership of the puppy. Under no circumstances may the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to a pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility. By signing this agreement, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above."
